Terms and Conditions for Instagram Competition

1. Competition Overview: The competition is hosted by Innate Pty Ltd hereinafter referred to as "the Promoter." By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Competition Period: The competition starts on Friday, September 20, 2024, and ends on Sunday, September 29th, 2024 at 12.00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
3. Eligibility:

• The competition is open to residents of Australia, EU (all countries in the EU), USA, and UK only.
• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Employees of the Promoter, their families, or anyone professionally associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.

1. How to Enter: To enter the competition, participants must complete the following steps:

3. Share the competition post with at least 3 people via Instagram.
4. Prize: The winner will receive a selection of products from either the Territory or Ilford collections, to the value of AUD $1000.
